Walking up to a home today I noticed a bird on the roof. Not too strange until I realized it was a Gambel Quail.

That's a very cool picture. I love it when they pose for the camera. We just moved back to Alamogordo a few years ago and my son has discovered quail - which he thinks are very cool (he's 3).
